Our origins

Archipel was born from a different perspective on learning and development. We started as learning consultants who noticed that organizations were struggling with fragmented learning pathways. While companies needed to change at an increasingly rapid pace, traditional L&D offered no solution. We wanted to change that.

We asked ourselves: How do we get organizations to learn differently, without the many bumps they experience? And how do we make learning and development not only flexible & effective, but also truly future-proof? From these questions, Archipel was born. One solution for all these challenges.

Archipel makes the fragmented world of training not only accessible in one place, but also more personal, more impactful, cheaper. What and how you want to learn, unlimited and insightfully tailored to each employee. We also take the entire administrative hassle out of their hands, so that our clients can focus on what they do best. In doing so, our brand values are our moral compass throughout our journey. A scale-up, with a start-up mentality!

Whether there is one formula for success? No, we don't think so. But with our brand values under our belt and our "can't be done, doesn't exist" mentality, we've come a long way. And we're quite proud of that.
